How do I place an order?
Once you have found your desired product, proceed by putting it into the shopping cart (click on the green button "Add to Cart"). Not finished shopping yet? Please go back to our product overview by clicking on the link SHOP NOW. Done shopping? Please carefully check your shopping cart and follow our easy checkout process.

Is it safe to order from Wohood.com?
Yes, of course! We do our utmost to make you a happy and satisfied customer. That's why we only work together with the best partners in their field. Our online store is safe and secure and offers secure payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, Ideal, Bancontact/Mister Cash and SOFORT Banking. Furthermore, you can also make a Bank Transfer payment through your personal bank. The processing of our orders is done in-house, so we keep control over the quality of each product delivered. For the delivery of our product we work together with experienced partners such as DHL, PostNL and DPD. And if unfortunately something goes wrong? We will solve it... Immediately!

Is it safe to pay at Wohood.com?
Yes! All payments are processed by our professional partner Sisow BV (accredited by the Dutch National Bank). In addtion, a secure SSL connection ensures that all sensitive information is sent encrypted.
What payment options are offered at Wohood.com?
Wohood offers several secure payment methods, such as VISA, MasterCard, Ideal, Bancontact/Mister Cash and SOFORT banking. Furthermore, it is possible to make a Bank Transfer payment through your personal bank. If you make use of this payment method please clearly state your name and order number for a quick processing of your purchase. Once we have received your payment we will send a notification with further details about the delivery.


When will my product(s) arrive?
Once your order has been processed Wohood will send an email containing the expected delivery date. Delivery time depends on the destination. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1 to 2 working days, while delivery time for the rest of Europe is 2 to 5 working days. For the rest of the world the estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 working days.
What is the delivery cost of my order?
Our shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the type of product. You can find the shipping costs on the product and payment pages.
What are Wohood's conditions of transport?
The standard delivery (threshold delivery) includes delivery into the first dry area (ground floor) of the specified delivery address. For appartments or other comparable buildings our standard delivery includes delivery beyond the main entrance of the building (ground floor). The product will not be carried up stairs or any further inside the building.
Who will deliver Wohood's products?
Wohood only works together with professional partners like DHL, PostNL and DPD.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Of course! During the check out process you can choose the option "Pick up at warehouse". Once your order is completed we will contact you within 2 working days to schedule an appointment. For details regarding the address of our warehouse please click here.


Do I need to assemble Wohood's products?
All products from Wohood are either delivered fully assembled or can be assembled easily. We guarantee our products can be used immediately after receipt.
What tools do I need to assemble Wohood's products?
Most products are delivered fully assembled. Products that need to be assembled, such as the Woozy Pet Hammock, are supplied with clear assembly instructions, mounting hardware and the required tools.

What is the Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee?
Here at Wohood, we are only satisfed when our customers are. Maybe our product is not quite what you are looking for. At Wohood, it is possible to exchange your product or receive a refund up to 21 days after receipt. Naturally, the products should be returned unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.


Is it possible to return my products?
Yes. Every purchase through our online store is provided with our Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee.
How can I return an item?
For all orders made through our online store, please send an email to service@wohood.com. You will receive clear instructions within 2 working days. For products purchased at one of our (online) retail partners, the general conditions of these retailers apply. Please contact your (online) retailer for further instructions.
What special conditions apply to the Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee?
Naturally, the products should be returned unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Furthermore, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When will I receive the refund?
After having received the product in good order, Wohood will either exchange the product or refund the outstanding amount as soon as possible (but no later than 5 working days).
I have received a wrong/damaged item.
We carefully check our products before handing them over to our delivery partners. However, if you have received a wrong or damaged product, please notify us by email as soon as possible (within 3 days) after receipt of the product. We will solve your problem quickly and adequately!

Guarantee & General conditions

How long does Wohood's guarantee last?
Al our products, except the fabrics, are provided with a 2 year guarantee. If a product during this period fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
What special conditions apply to Wohood's guarantee?
We try to solve any problem in a quick and adequate manner. However, there are some exceptions where the guarantee is void, including:
  • damage caused by intent or negligence;
  • damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance;
  • damage caused by not following Wohood's assembly instructions; and/or
  • Normal "wear and tear".
What if there are problems after the guarantee expires?
Just contact Wohood via service@wohood.com. Keeping customers happy is our core business!
