2. Applicability

Our General Conditions are there for you:
  1. Our General Conditions apply to every offer and every sale by the firm Wohood. If a Wohood product is offered or purchased from another website and/or retailer, then the General Conditions of this website and/or retailer apply.
  2. We do our best to make our General Conditions known to every visitor to this website. On request we will send a copy of our General Conditions (by email or post).
  3. If certain special conditions for a product apply (e.g. special transportation conditions), these special conditions are listed on the product page itself.
 

3. Our offer

At Wohood we are open and clear about our offer:
  1. All products shown at our website have a detailed description including real photos.
  2. We sell handmade, genuine and honest natural products. As a result small variations in shape, weight and color may exist. That's the beauty of nature!
  3. We are clear about our prices and shipping costs.
  4. The Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to any product sold through our online store unless stated otherwise.
 

4. Our agreement

This is how we conclude our agreement:
  1. With every purchase you will receive an email with all the details about the purchase, payment, delivery and any additional agreements.
  2. We make sure you can shop safely at our online store. We only work together with reliable partners in the field of online security and online payments.
  3. We ask you to keep all relevant information (such as email correspondence, invoices and so on), so we can act quickly and effectively in case any questions or problems arise.
 

5. Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee

The Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee provides security:
  1. Maybe our product is not quite what you are looking for, or maybe you want to exchange your purchase for another item. At Wohood you have 21 days to return a product. No questions asked.
  2. The 21 day period begins on the day you receive our product(s).
  3. During these 21 days, we ask you to handle our products with care. Only products that are unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging can be returned.
  4. When returning a product, you must first contact Wohood via service@wohood.com. We will send you further instructions.
  5. After having received the product in good order, Wohood will refund the outstanding amount within 5 working days.
 

6. Shipping costs

This is how Wohood deals with shipping costs:
  1. Wohood's shipping costs depend on the type of product ordered and the delivery address. The shipping costs for different destinations are stated at the product page.
  2. We will state the shipping costs clearly (on the relevant product page) before the payment is made.
  3. In case you make use of the Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee, all shipping costs to return the products are borne by the customer (unless we have agreed otherwise in writing).
 

7. Exclusions Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee

There are some exceptions where the Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee is void, including:
  1. Products have been modified on your request.
  2. Products are damaged or not in its original condition.
  3. When purchasing the product, Wohood has clearly stated that there is no entitlement to the Wohood 100% Happiness Guarantee (this can for example apply to discounted products or during sales).
 

8. Price

Our prices are clear and all-inclusive:
  1. The prices of our products always include VAT. Furthermore, the shipping costs are always clearly stated at the product page and the payment page.
  2. Once the product is ordered, the prices for this order cannot be adjusted.
 

9. Our guarantee

Our guarantee terms are fair and clear:
  1. All our products come with a 2 year guarantee, except the fabrics (such as the Woozy Fabric). If a product during this period fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
  2. We follow Dutch law.
  3. We try to solve any problem quickly and to your satisfaction. However, there are a few exceptions in which the guarantee is void, including:
    1. Damage caused by intent or negligence;
    2. Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance;
    3. Damage caused by not following Wohood's assembly instructions; and/or;
    4. Normal "wear and tear".
 

10. Delivery

At Wohood, we do our utmost to deliver our products quickly, adequately and in a perfect state to you:
  1. For our standard deliveries we cooperate with reliable partners, such as DHL, DPD and PostNL.
  2. We try to deliver our products within 1 to 5 working days. Within 10 working days the order will be delivered to the provided address within Europe. If we fail to deliver within 10 working days, you have the right to cancel the order and will refund the amount paid within 5 working days.
  3. The standard delivery (threshold delivery) includes delivery into the first dry area (ground floor) of the specified delivery address. For appartments or other comparable buildings our standard delivery includes delivery beyond the main entrance of the building (ground floor).
  4. We carefully check our products before handing them over to our delivery partners. However, if you have received a wrong or damaged product, please notify us by email as soon as possible (within 3 days) after receipt of the product.
 

11. Payment

We handle your payment with care:
  1. Our website is secure. All sensitive information is sent encrypted by using a secure SSL connection, while all payments are processed by our professional payments provider (accredited by the Dutch National Bank).
  2. After we have received your payment, we process your order. Our goal is to deliver your items as soon as possible to the address specified by you.
  3. If we have not received your payment within 14 days, we are allowed to cancel the agreement.
  4. Any costs (e.g. legal fees, interest, collection costs) due to late payment or non-payment by the customer, can be imposed on the customer, subject to a minimum of 10% of the total invoice amount including VAT.
 

12. Not satisfied

In case you are not satisfied with our service or products, please let us know immediately via service@wohood.com. Accurately describe the problem including all relevant information, and we will contact you to make you a happy customer again!
 

13. Damage

In case of damage caused by Wohood's products, Wohood can only and at most be liable for the purchase price of these Wohood products.
 

14. Additional conditions

Please note that these General Conditions are a translation of the Dutch original ("Algemene Voorwaarden"). In case of conflict, the Dutch original will be binding and shall prevail. We may not deviate from these General Conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. No surprises!
 

These General Conditions apply to all offers and purchases from Wohood.
